Well, the single dose given to us tylonal. Obviously 500mg tylonal more than 325 mg tylonal.
Vicodin is a direvative the coder (theibiene and tylonal APAP)
Percocet is oxycodone and APAP.

Two completely different drugs. Both are opiates, opioids, but different.

If the dose of paracetamol in each tablet with your question, since these are two drugs in combination.
Both are equally effective in terms of quantity and bioavailability (unless you can provide the specific concentration of active ingredient in each tablet).
Vicodin is hydrocodone and oxycodone is Percocet. Both also contain acetaminophen (Tylenol, paracetamol), not as an add-narcotic analgesic. One tablet a dose of 5-20 mg of active ingredient are combined (oxycodone or hydrocodone) with 325-500 mg of acetaminophen. Technically, the Vicodin more cited mg of acetaminophen (500 versus 325 mg), and it would be "stronger", but it would not matter if we are the doses hydrocodone, oxycodone versus dose was in each tablet.
Both are semi-synthetic derivative of opium.

Vicodin is a combination of acetaminophen (Tylenol) and hydrocodone. Percocet is a combination of oxycodone and acetaminophen. On a milligram-to-one milligrams is oxycodone stronger. But you've had a dose of paracetamol, the dose of the drug in each of them can not fulfill.
